Group classes. Our most popular option and the cornerstone of our fitness offering at The Loop. We focus on functional fitness which combines strength and conditioning exercises to help you live a better life outside of the gym. Each class has one of our certified coaches leading the way with detailed instruction. By capping each class at a maximum of 15 participants, we're able to deliver personal attention to each member while in a group setting.

A few ways to start
If you're just starting out, we want to get to know you better. Your goals, chronic injuries, and past experiences. Typically we start you off with a handful of Personal Training sessions to ensure you are ready to enter into our group classes safely and confidently.
- I have little-to-no experience
Not to worry! We have an on-ramp program as well as personal training opportunities to get you ready for our group classes.
- I have a some experience
If you've done group fitness classes or tried CrossFit that's great. A brief meeting to discuss your goals, limitations and questions will get you on the right path.
- I have a lot of experience
Great! We love having people join us with experience. Check out our membership options page for details on joining or if you want to try us out, you can request a class drop-in.
